Welcome to the Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice website!

Dear Graduate Students:

We very pleased to welcome you to our graduate programs. Our programs are designed to prepare students to enter criminal justice occupations or to advance in a range of careers in the broad and dynamic areas of criminology and the criminal justice system. Students are provided with strong fundamentals in criminological theory and the criminal justice system and foundational training in research methods and statistics. The Master of Science (M.S.) program is designed to be adaptable to individual interests and needs such that students select electives, a curricula track – including classes offered both inside the Department of Sociology and Criminology and throughout the wider University – and a culminating project that help students achieve their personal and professional goals. Students will work closely with us to make these selections to maximize their experiences.

Our outstanding faculty is dedicated to helping you to advance your professional goals. We look forward to working with you!
